HOW DOES ONE ACHIEVE CLARITY IN MAKING DECISIONS, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO FINDING A CAREER DIRECTION?
Having practiced law for many years, I assumed clarity came from analyzing all aspects of the problem and charting the pros and cons.
However, after training and teaching in both Design Thinking and Psychology for the last six years at Stanford University, I have been exposed to a completely different way of looking at problems. There is a much more creative way to open the box and move forward in very small steps when thinking of what career direction to pursue. It is a matter of "reframing the problem" to see it in a different light.
Using Design Thinking tools, I help people determine what is holding them back. Then, we design a timeline that allows them to move forward. Most importantly, I support their accountability in completing those steps.
